• ClickUp tasks are auto-created weekly or bi-weekly for each Pantheon-hosted site.
• Supported task statuses: Open, In Progress, In Review, Accepted, Rejected, Assigned, Completed, Closed.
• Assignee mapping (Dev/QA) is based on:
  • ClickUp task participants.
  • Internal priority list (highest priority person is selected if multiple users are assigned).
  • Configurable via “View ClickUp Users”.
2. 🔍 Scan & Monitoring Automation
• Initial PageSpeed Scan: Triggered when status becomes In Progress.
• Completion Scan: Done immediately upon Completed status.
• Follow-up Scans: Scheduled automatically for 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours post-completion.
• Results displayed as colored indicators:
  • 🟢 Best: 90% and above
  • 🟡 Good: 70–89%
  • 🔴 Bad: Below 70%
  • ⚪ No Data: Open status or completed before first scan

2. ⚙️ Workflow Automation

   • Developer Phase:

     • Dev assigns the task and checks the page for issues (like broken layout, CSS/cache-related problems).
     • Updates task status to In Review.

   • Bot Verification Phase:

     • Automatically checks for:
       • Google PageSpeed score
       • Screenshot comparison (new vs. old)
       • Broken page elements
     • Task Status set based on results:
       • ✅ Accepted: Score is acceptable and no broken issues found
       • ❌ Rejected: Issues found (e.g., broken UI, low score)

   • SQA Phase:

     • Performs final validation on Accepted tickets.
     • Sets status to Completed if okay, or Rejected if issues persist.
     • Rejected tasks loop back to Developer for fixes.
3. 📈 Performance & Scanning
   • Google PageSpeed score recorded at the moment of content change.
   • After task completion:
     • A new scan is executed.
     • Scheduled re-scans occur at 6h, 12h, 24h, and 48h, just like in Weekly Update Monitoring.
